Project Brief Description:
Landmark in a partnership with GMK Architecture from Rwanda and Epitome Architects from Tanzania and GreenA Consultants from Singapore, jointly engaged and submitted for the Architectural design competition of Kimironko Commercial complex. The design consisted a market of 17,000SM, Mall of 21,000SM, Smart (Zero Energy) Bus Terminal of 7400SM, Cinema/Commercial Plaza of 10,100SM, Apartment Building of 15,000Sm, Office & commercial of 44,600SM, all with estimated cost of USD 72,000,000. The JV emerged second.
