Brief Project Description:
In order to achieve the “Delivering as One UN” common agenda by having common premises on the four principles of One Leader, One Budget, One Programme and One office. Landmark the concept development of the One UN complex, to house all the UN agencies in Rwanda. Part of the studies was to update the social needs for the concept and Built up area of 11000sm, parking for over 1000 cars.
